One of the most famous powers the o.g. Red Cricket had was teleportation.

In the show, the person in peril would utter: “And now? Who will defend us?” just to be answered by  the RC just popping outta the most innocuous places – a closet, under a box, falling from the ceiling or just being there- and exclaiming “Me!”.

Then the victim would say “The Red Cricket!”… only to be met with the famous catchphrase: “You didn’t count with my cunning!”

Man, now i wanna do a very campy strip dedicated just to my Red Cricket!
